| Description: | Collier County District 1 Commissioner Frank LoCastro will be our guest speaker following the Activities Meeting on Monday, March 28th at 9:30 AM. Plan to learn about the hotbed of commercial and residential development in East Naples. This will be Commissioner LoCastro's first visit to IWCA following the retirement of former long-time Commissioner Donna Fiala.
