Start your day with a hearty $7 breakfast at the Clubhouse prepared by Carmen & Crew! Invite your friends! Biscuits & Gravy, potato patties, scrambled eggs, fruit cups and juice, coffee and tea.

 

Jo Holm reminds residents that this is the only day of the year that residents may put items out curbside to sell or give away! Open to the public, the IW gates are open to guests and yard sale shoppers! After breakfast, visit every IW neighborhood and check out one another's treasures! You may just find a piece of furniture to complement your home, tools (who can ever have enough) or that special apparel item you can't live without! This annual event is a blast!
