Calendar of Events

Lee Bujold-Chairperson & Scheduler, Janice Karbel-Ticket Sales/50/50 Raffles/Christmas Decorations/Event Liaison, Michelle LaValley-Sunday Ice Cream Socials/Monday Coffee/Event Liaison & Cindy Chrismer-Entertainment Contracts Co-Leader/Ticket Sales & Posters & Summer Event Liaison are all up for reelection. Each candidate intends to run for the Activities Committee for an additional 1-2 year term. Should any owner choose to run for the Activities Committee, those individuals should notify Elections Committee Nancy Harris and/or BOD Liaison Randy Caldwell of their intent to run for the committee; be present within the community from mid-November through March of each year and be ready to assume responsibility for any one of the positions currently held by existing AC members should they be elected.

 

An election, if necessary will be held at the conclusion of "Old Business" on the agenda and votes will be tabulated by Nancy Harris, Elections Committee Chairperson.
