The annual Yard sale has a whole new look in 2025! Sponsored by Joe & Teri Berardi/Waterfront Realty, guests will be offered the opportunity to learn more about real estate sales and rentals based on many requests for information last year!

 

What will remain the same is our $5 breakfast hosted by Lana Kaelin and Family!

 

This is the only day of the year that the gates will be open from 7 AM -11 AM and you are encouraged to have your own yard sale in front of your home!

 

If you don't have enough to sell on your own, you may donate your items to the the Activities Committee and we'll have our "Let's Make A Deal" sellers in front of the clubhouse to give your treasures a new home! If you want items picked up prior to the sale date, call Lee at 218-393-8795!
