A FREE IWCA Activity:

On Monday, June 1st at 9:00 a.m. in the Clubhouse we will be having Collier County here to do a Hurricane presentation.  It is not just "what to do to plan for a hurricane".  I recently attended this presentation myself and was impressed with the resources they offer for before, during and after a hurricane.  Some of those resources they talk about include numerous safe shelter locations throughout Naples, including the locations for anyone who has a need for special assistance.  Other Collier County resources include free curbside debris pickup after a hurricane. We have opted in for this free service for our community, which begins soon after a hurricane is over.  

 

I found it VERY informative and educational and it is no cost to you and therefore, we are providing FREE COFFEE AND DONUTS if you are willing to attend this morning activity. We will make enough coffee so that you can stay and socialize after the presentation if you like.
