Calendar of Events

Many residents have asked how they can be of help with Hurricane Clean-Up at IWCA. Manager Tim Johns has invited us to help with “boots on the ground” to clean up debris around our park, so here is THE PLAN!

 

Judy Hughes and Lee Bujold are team leaders for this effort. Volunteers are invited to meet Wednesday Morning, October 18th at 7:30 AM in front of the office. Trash bags will be provided along with trash pick-up sticks.  We plan to work our way down Panther Pass and all along Cheetah! Golf carts will be helpful as we fan out along our route.

 

Volunteers should wear boots or sturdy shoes, long pants, long sleeves, hats with visors and work gloves. Bring your own water bottle! Wear bug repellant. If you have your own trash pick-up stick, please bring it! Check to make sure your tetanus shot is up to date!

 

We will meet each morning through Saturday and assess our progress at that time! Thanks to all of our great residents that want to be part of “THE BAG BRIGADE”!  See you Wednesday through Saturday!!
