Bruno is first up on the "First Friday" of January on the Pool Deck! BYOB, a snack and a chair for Happy Hour! Pass the Hat! Remember, this is a "pop-up" event! No one is in charge, so set-up and clean-up is your responsibility! In case of inclement weather, the event will move into the Clubhouse, concluding by 6 PM. Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Ron Rogers has agreed to make his famous pancakes for breakfast along with eggs, sausage, hash browns and juice! $7 PP!

The Chicken Shoot must be experienced at least once! If you are new to the community or haven't participated mark your calendars! This is a rite of passage in Imperial Wilderness. It's five bucks to cluck.....no extra cost for belly laughs! It's a simple game and waaaaay toooooo much fun! BYOB, some money for side bets at your table if you choose and any chicken paraphernalia you own for good luck! See you there! No need to feel cooped up (see what i did there)! Doors open at 6:30 (there's usually a line (no kidding) and the games start at 7 PM and conclude by 9 PM. The only other thing you need to know is there are 39 chickens to shoot and ice cream at intermission so bring some jingle for a treat!

Owners and renters are welcome and also are are welcome to vote on major expenditures!

ADT is one of the nation's largest safety and security system providers in the country. They have chosen IWCA for a presentation on "Senior Schemes & Scams"- insight into all the ways in which scammers are taking advantage of seniors. Attend the seminar, register to win one of 10 prizes worth $1000 and stay for free pizza and beverages following the seminar. This is not a hard sell...it is meant to be informative and helpful in keeping our identities and our resources safe.

Recycling can be a great cost savings to our Homeowners Association if done properly. Please attend this presentation immediately following the Activities Meeting to learn proper recycling. Bring a container you have questions about regarding its' placement in garbage or recycling bins. This is an important education for all as recycling guidelines change from year to year and from geographic area. Your recycling rules at home may be very different from those in Collier County.

Come on, you know you wanna do it. Please join us on Monday morning, January 13, after the activities meeting, around 10am if you are hoping or planning to be in this year‘s variety show. The Show Must Go On, but we don’t have enough performers! Those who have already submitted their acts, please drop off or speak to Bryna or myself on Monday, a list of props that you will need and any music you might require so that our music director, Bruno, can make sure he has everything you need.
