Notice is Hereby Given in accordance with Florida’s Condominium Act that the Board of Directors will consider the Adoption of the Proposed Budget for the Fiscal Year of 2026, and other business to properly come before The Board of Directors. Welcome Back IW residents! The first blood drive for our community is scheduled for Wednesday the 12th of November 2025 from 8:30am till 11:20am.Sign-up sheets will be in the multi-purpose room. Walk-ins are always welcome.

IW's Thanksgiving Tradition continues! The Manarolla Crew prepares up to 30 turkeys, homemade dressing (stuffing) and gravy! You provide your regional sides for your table of 8! Join your friends or make new friends to give thanks and feast! As with all holiday meals, your friends and family from outside of IW are all welcome at our table! BYOB, table settings and serving utensils for your side dishes. Table set-up time is after 2 PM.
$10 PP.
Ticket Sale Dates: Monday, November 17 after the Activities Meeting 10-11 AM; Wednesday, November 19: 11 AM - 1 PM; Saturday, November 22 9 AM - 10 AM; Monday November 24 (if not sold out).
