The Activity Committee meets weekly. Anyone planning an event, requesting funding or reimbursement for purchases should plan to attend a meeting to discuss the request. Suggested arrival time is 8:45-9:15 AM
Activities Meeting
Monday, April 3rd, 2017, 9am to 10:30am at Clubhouse
The Activities Meeting is the most informative weekly event in "The Wilderness". Bring your own reusable cup for free coffee (otherwise it is .25). Bring some change for treats and visit with your neighbors. New owners and renters are introduced. Event leaders share pertinent information about upcoming events. Tickets for dinners and dances are generally sold on Mondays after the meeting. Many events sell out so be sure to be there and "be in the know"!
